Injection Molding: Catalytic Degreasing Furnace

Catalytic degreasing furnace is a kind of equipment for catalytic degreasing reaction of cemented carbide during injection molding. It generally consists of catalytic reaction furnace, catalyst adding mechanism, inert gas supply mechanism and waste disposal mechanism.
 
According to whether it can realize continuous production, catalytic degreasing furnace can be divided into two kinds: one is discontinuous catalytic degreasing furnace, and the other is continuous catalytic degreasing furnace.
 
The discontinuous catalytic debinding furnace is mainly used in laboratory and small-scale industrial production. Continuous catalytic debinding furnace is mainly used in large-scale injection molding catalytic debinding industry. It can realize the automatic continuous production of injection molding, greatly reduced cost of injection molding.

It consists of a catalytic furnace, a catalyst adding device, an inert gas supply device and an exhaust gas treatment unit. The discontinuous furnace can adjust the temperature and catalyst concentration according to the loading of different materials and in the furnace, and it is easy to control the degreasing speed. Formaldehyde in the nitrogen gas is oxidized and burned in the exhaust gas treatment unit.

It is possible to use continuous debinding and sintering in the injection molding industry due to the fast rate and short time of catalytic debinding. Combined with continuous sintering furnace, continuous catalytic debinding furnace can realize automatic continuous production of injection molding, reduce the production cost of injection molding, and greatly improve the competitiveness of injection molding.
