selectively hydrodesulfurization catalystThe constitution of gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization catalyst containing tungsten trioxide includes carrier and active ingredients, in which the carrier is magnesium-aluminum spinel, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal element added in the form of their mineral structure. The percentage of each component taking the total mass of the catalyst is as follows: alkali metal or alkaline earth metal is 0.2~2.5%; glue- aluminum oxide is 20~50%; active ingredient-tungsten trioxide (or molybdenum trioxide oxide) is 5~10%; cobalt or nickel oxide is 1~2%.
 
Preparation of the carrier: Mixing a certain amount of Mg(NO3)2˙6H2O and Al(NO3)3˙9H2O at the weight ratio of Mg : Al is 1~6, controlling the temperature at 30~100 ℃, slowly adding the aqueous ammonia, and controlling PH value at 8~12, aged 1~10 hours, filtered, washed, dried, and calcined at 400~1000℃ for 2~8 hours, to obtain magnesium-aluminum spinel. Then adding additives, glue and a sufficient amount of water, followed by kneading, extruding, molding, to obtain a carrier with a certain shape, calcined at 400~1000℃ 2~8 hours after dried to obtain a molded carrier.
 
Catalyst Preparation: Add the ammonium tungstate and cobalt nitrate to a certain amount of ammonia, and heated to 70~80℃ after mixed uniformly, stirring until the solids completely dissolved, then add 1mL of ethylenediamine to afford a catalyst impregnating solution. Take a certain amount of magnesium-aluminum spinel (the carrier), then spraying an equal volume of impregnating solution according to the water absorption of carrier, naturally dried for 2 hours, drying at 100~150℃ for 2~8 hours, roasting at 400~ 50℃ for 4-10 hours to obtain tungsten trioxide gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization catalyst.
 
The catalysts containing tungsten trioxide using spinel carrier which containing with additives, ensuring the high desulfurization rate while improving the selectivity of the catalyst; the loading content of active metal is smaller than that in the conventional hydrodesulfurization catalyst, thus increasing the dispersion of the active ingredient, helping to further improve the selectivity of the catalyst.
