China’s Zhangyuan Tungsten Raised New Tungsten Forecast Prices for Early December

The ferro tungsten and tungsten powder prices in China show signs of rise in the week began on Monday December 07, 2020 as new tungsten forecast prices for the first half of December were raised slightly despite of limited adjustment.

China’s Zhangyuan Tungsten’s offer for the first half of December: black tungsten concentrate price (WO3≥55%) was $12,769.2 per tone; up $153.8 per tone compared with the second half of November; scheelite concentrate (WO3≥55%) price was $12,538.5 per tone, up $153.8 per tone; ammonium paratungstate (APT) price was $219.9 per mtu, up $2.6 per mtu from the second half of November. 

In November, the global manufacturing PMI was 53.9%, down 0.6% from October, remaining above 50% for five consecutive months. The manufacturing PMI of Europe, America and Africa dropped to varying degrees from the previous month, while the Asian manufacturing PMI rose slightly from the previous month, according to data from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing.
