China tungsten price was stable in the week ended on Friday March 3, 2023 when the suppliers had rised mentality and buyers remained rational sentiment. The whole market trading was quiet and participants are waiting for the further news from the Two Sessions as well as the new guide guide prices from listed tungsten companies.  

At the beginning of the week, China molybdenum price continues to move down significantly, mainly due to the long-term surge in the price of molybdenum products in the early stage, and the recent poor performance of the steel bidding market and the international molybdenum market. 

At the beginning of the week, the overall China rare earth price was still in a downward trend. Under the influence of factors such as the weak downstream demand that has not improved, the production capacity of rare earth manufacturers basically released normally, and the large import volume of overseas rare earth raw materials, the spot inventory in the market is slightly loose. 

A study shows that the Earth has enough rare earth minerals and other critical raw materials to allow us to switch from fossil fuels to green energy sources to generate electricity and limit global warming. The study shatters concerns about the availability of these minerals. There are concerns that there may not be enough key minerals for decarbonization conversion in order to drive more electricity from solar panels, wind turbines, hydro and nuclear power plants.
