China rare earth dispute appeal rejected "export quota violation"

In WTO (WTO) issued a report of the expert group on the export of rare earth Chinese dispute about a month later, the Appellate Body in April Chinese respondent 25 to WTO (Appellate Body) to submit the documents.

At present, the rare earth case of the other two prosecution the European Union and Japan have not followed American appeal.
