Peak Resources of Australia and China signed a memorandum of Rare Earth

Peak Resources Limited (ASX: PEK) today announced that it has signed a memorandum of cooperation with China , a rare earth company , to develop its Enge La (Ngualla) Rare Earth Project in southern Tanzania . The memorandum , though not legally binding , but provide long-term strategic cooperation framework agreement on the Tanzanian ex Glasgow RE projects.
