The Ministry of Commerce to respond on the award of the WTO China tungsten products

The Ministry of Commerce of treaty and law department person in charge made the remarks that, the Appellate Body did not support the appeal, on the legal interpretation as part of the terms of WTO rules to support China's appeal, China welcomes. The appellate body to maintain the expert group on the Chinese product export tariffs, export quota measures do not comply with the relevant WTO rules and China joined the WTO commitment award, China regrets.
