The experts also introduced that the effect of pH on the zeta potential of Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles should be investigated to determine the appropriate solution pH since the electrostatic repulsion can be strongly influenced by the surface charge of particles. The result shows that Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles has an isoelectric point of about pH 1.8. With increasing pH, their zeta potential decrease and then approach a constant of about −35 mV when pH is above 8. Thus, the aqueous solution for the bead milling of Cs0.32WO3coarse powder is fixed at pH 8 by adding potassium hydroxide in deionized water.
