For example, some experts used pulsed DC reactive magnetron sputtering to prepare Ti-doped tungsten trioxide electrochromic thin films on FTO transparent conductive glass substrates under different oxygen partial pressure conditions. Experts found that when the partial pressure of oxygen is low, the prepared film is in the under-oxidized triclinic system, which can be converted into a cubic crystal structure when increases oxygen. As the oxygen partial pressure increases, the degree of crystallization of the film increases, the surface particles of the film gradually bulge from the sheet, the particle size decreases, the surface roughness decreases, the film density increases, and the film changes from light blue to pale yellow. As the transmittance increases, the optical band gap gradually decreases.
