Ti Doped Tungsten Trioxide Electrochromic Film

The experts found that the electrochromic cycle stability of thin film increases with oxygen partial pressure, first increases and then decreases. When oxygen flow rate is 13sccm, Ti-doped tungsten trioxide has the best electrochromic cycle stability, and the optical modulation amplitude at 550nm is 62%, the film exhibited good electrochromic amplitude and cycle stability after 200 cycles. At the same time, increasing the oxygen partial pressure, the film coloring, bleaching response time becomes shorter, and the film discoloration rate increases.
