First, prepare the reaction precursor liquid: at 95°C, 5g of tungstic acid and 1.44g of molybdenum oxide were dissolved in 60mL of hydrogen peroxide, cooled to room temperature, and diluted to 200mL with an equal volume of ethylene glycol and deionized water to obtain a concentration of 0.1mol/L of a stable light yellow solution, put it in the refrigerator for later use. Next, prepare Mo-doped WO3 nanoparticles: 12mL of the precursor solution and 12mL of deionized water were poured into a 40mL hydrothermal kettle and incubated at 120°C for 5h. After the reaction is completed, the prepared blue product is centrifuged and finally dispersed in deionized water to obtain a stable high quality aqueous nanoparticle ink. Finally, prepare WO3 electrochromic film by spray coating: 2.5mL of 0.5mg/mL nano-ink was sprayed on a hot-heated FTO conductive glass by a spray gun to finally obtain an electrochromic film of 2.5×3.5cm2.
