Some experts have carried out composition analysis and the characterization of structure and performance of the WO3 film. The specific results are as follows: X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the tungsten trioxide nano array electrochromic film is tungsten trioxide of monoclinic structure. Compared with other peaks, the (001) peak is enhanced significantly, indicating that the prepared tungsten trioxide nano array electrochromic film has an orientation that preferentially grows along (001). Experts also used the electrochemical workstation and spectrophotometer to test the spectral changes and electrochromic response speeds of the WO3 nano array electrochromic film. A square wave voltage of -0.7V to 1.0V is applied to a 0.5mol/L aqueous sulfuric acid solution, and the transmittance change value of the tungsten trioxide nano array electrochromic film in the wavelength range of 400-2500nm and the wavelength at 2.5-25μm are measured. The transmittance response time at 633nm is the electrochromic response speed.
