Li Doping Tungsten Oxide Film

Compared with the tungsten oxide film, the density of the Li doping tungsten oxide film is greatly improved. From the SEM image, it can be seen that the defects on the surface of the film are reduced and the holes are almost eliminated. Some experts used a scanning electron microscope to magnify 5.5K times and then test the surface condition of several film samples, as shown in the following figure, wherein (a) is a cross-sectional view of (d).

As can be seen from the above several samples, the surface of the sample (b) is dense, but there are more white particles, which is probably caused by the accumulation of lithium perchlorate in the sol during doping. There is no white particles remaining on the surface of the sample (c), but the film has a small number of holes and cracks, that is, the film has uneven stress. The surface of the sample (d) is smooth and compact without obvious residue and with excellent surface properties. In addition, it was found that the cross-sectional thickness of each film was substantially the same.
