Step one: Dissolve the reaction amount of ammonium metatungstate and cesium nitrate in a solvent. The solvent is deionized water. Dry the above solution to obtain a powder, and further pulverizing the powder to obtain a mixed powder of tungsten and cesium.

Step two: Place the mixed powder of tungsten and cesium in a closed reaction vessel with stirring, adding a reaction solvent thereto, and carried out stirring reaction at 180-350°C for 2-8 hours.
