Cs0.33WO3 Nanoparticles Applied for Thermal Insulation Film

Cs0.33WO3 nanoparticles are uniform with good dispersibility. The Cs0.33WO3 used is cesium tungsten bronze, which is an inorganic nanomaterial with good effect on near-infrared absorption. So, it may be applied for producing thermal insulation film, and finally be used on architectural glass.
The cesium tungsten bronze nano functional particles can be used alone or in combination with nano tin antimony oxide (infrared infrared absorbing wavelength of 1500nm), which is dispersed into a stable nano slurry and then added to the coating to make it transparent to obtain infrared shielding transparent heat-insulating coating, which is thus applied to architectural glass.

The prepared transparent heat-insulating film is a new functional material with strong absorption in the near-infrared region (wavelength of 800-1200nm) and high transmittance in the visible light region (wavelength of 380-780nm). Also, the infrared absorption of film at 950nm can reach more than 90%, and the visible light transmittance at 550nm reaches 70% or more. If it is compounded with nano grain size tin antimony oxide (ATO), the thin film of nano cesium tungsten bronze will absorb more "heat".
