Cs0.33WO3 nanoparticles may be used to prepare nano-ceramic color master, which is a new type of environmentally friendly heat insulation masterbatch. The prepared masterbatch may be used to produce thermal insulation film and thus be applied to architectural glass. The raw material Cs0.33WO3 is cesium tungsten bronze nano powder. Preparation of Nanopowder by Physical Method
1.0 Vacuum condensation method. The so-called vacuum condensation method is a method of vaporizing a raw material or forming plasma by vacuum evaporation, heating, high-frequency induction, or the like, followed by quenching.
Features: high purity, good crystal structure, and controllable particle size, but high requirements for production technology equipment.
2.0 Physical pulverization method. The physical pulverization method refers to a method of obtaining nanoparticles by mechanical pulverization, electric spark explosion or the like.
Features: Simple operation and low cost with low product purity and uneven particle distribution.
3.0 Mechanical ball milling method. Mechanical ball milling refers to the use of ball milling method to control the proper conditions to obtain nanoparticles of pure elements, alloys or composite materials.
Features: Simple operation and low cost. However, the product has low purity and uneven particle distribution.
