It was learned from the website of the Ministry of Natural Resources that according to the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Issuing the Guidelines for the Preparation of Mineral Resources (Non-Oil and Gas) Development and Utilization Plans" (Natural Resources Office [2024] No. 33) and other relevant regulations, the Oil and Gas Resources Strategic Research Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources organized experts to review the "Tungsten-Lead Mine Mineral Resources Development and Utilization Plan in Daluchang Mine Area, Mangshi City, Yunnan Province", and it has passed the expert review.

The announcement shows that the development plan of the tungstenn-lead mine in Daluchang, Mangshi City, Yunnan Province proposes the scope of the mining right mining area: it is delineated by 21 inflection point coordinates, with an area of 0.8244 square kilometers, mining elevation (resource reserve estimation range elevation) +2090 meters to +1730 meters, and shaft engineering elevation +2210 meters to +1705 meters. The types of mining are tungsten and lead, and the mining method is underground mining. The planned production scale is 70,000 tons/year, and the estimated service life of the mine is 14 years (including 2 years of infrastructure construction). The beneficiation methods include flotation, gravity separation, and magnetic separation. The product solutions include tungsten concentrate, lead concentrate, and sulfur concentrate. The associated resources of sulfur and silver are comprehensively mined and rationally utilized. The mining recovery rate, beneficiation recovery rate, and comprehensive utilization rate meet the requirements of the "three rates" indicators of mineral resources in the geological and mineral industry standard (DZ/T0462.4-2023).

In 2018, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Land and Resources filed the exploration report of the tungsten-lead mine in the Daluchang mining area of Mangshi City. The filing number is "Yunnan Land and Resources Reserve No. [2018] 30". The exploration work was completed by the Institute of Geological and Geophysical Chemistry Exploration of the Yunnan Nonferrous Geological Bureau.
