Terbium Oxide Price - July 15, 2024

At the start of the week, Chinese rare earth prices showed partial stability with some minor declines. The price of praseodymium-neodymium oxide decreased by approximately 3,000 RMB/ton, terbium oxide by around 50 RMB/kg, and dysprosium-iron alloy by about 20,000 RMB/ton.

With the recent continuous and significant decline in the prices of dysprosium and terbium raw materials, the prices of corresponding functional product scraps, such as neodymium-iron-boron terbium scrap, have also started to show signs of decline. This is mainly due to the low enthusiasm of downstream users for inquiry and procurement, as well as a relatively high inventory of some raw materials in the market.
