Rare earth market quotation in China: cerium oxide, neodymium oxide and praseodymium neodymium oxide prices continue to be in the upward trend at the beginning of the week. 

In addition to the increase in inquiries and purchases by downstream magnetic materials companies, which has increased the confidence of the holders in quotations to a certain extent, factors such as tightening of environmental protection policies, dual control of energy consumption, power rationing in multiple locations, and political instability in Myanmar have led to the slow growth of rare earth raw materials inventories and thus greatly aroused the desire of suppliers to raise prices. However, as the price of rare earth raw materials rises, the profit margin of downstream companies is gradually shrinking, and the risk of facing upside down is increasing.
