Affected by environmental protection tightening the supply, Chinese molybdenum prices climb from last week. High production costs and increasing quantity in steel biddings boost market confidence.
Dalian Tianlihe Special Steel and Baowu issued buy tenders for over 170 mt and 30mt of ferromoly, respectively; Fushun Special Steel and HBIS GROUP issued buy tenders for 100mt and 390mt of ferromoly in September, respectively.
