Nanoscale Tungsten Powder Preparation(2)

This invention provides a method of nanoscale tungsten powder preparation by using high-energy ball milling. The high-energy ball milling method  is used at a lower temperature and protective atmosphere. By using of rotation or oscillation of the ball mill,  the hard ball takes a  strong impact on the raw materials,which may be grinding and stirring.After that smash the metal into nanoscale particles. Currently, high-energy ball milling  takes full use of a vibrating ball mill, planetary ball and grinding ball mill to prepare nanopowder.
 
The high-energy ball milling is an important method for the preparation of nano-powder materials. This method has following advantages: high output, ordinary process equipments  small size of  powder grain. This  technology has  a broad application prospects in recent years  and has received materials scientists'  attentions.

The shortcomings of this invention is that impurities contaminates tungsten powder during the milling process and the resulting powder is easily reunion and not easily dispersed with high energy consumption. Thus this method is more suitable for purity powder preparation with  less demanding .
