Preparation Art of Nano-tungsten Carbide and Nano Teflon Bath Brush

The present invention provides a process for preparing nano-nano WC and PTFE bath brush. Characterized in that:

1) selection of raw materials: nano size were selected 80-100nm particles of tungsten carbide WC 3g / L; size 30-60nm nanoparticles polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE particles 5g / L;

2) mixing: The above raw materials into 20ml / L of acetone were mixed wet, and added to a 1L ordinary express all the nickel plating bath brush, adding 0.1g / L of Tween 40 dispersing agent;

3) magnetic stirring: the first bath and the resulting mixture magnetically stirred 30min;

4) ultrasonic oscillations: ultrasonic oscillation 60min;

5) derived products: tungsten carbide nano and nano obtain teflon brush bath.

Compared with the prior art, the invention may be formulated process is simple, nano and nano-tungsten carbide dispersed uniformly suspended PTFE composite plating solution, nanocomposite coatings to meet process requirements.
