1) Mixer includes a sealed cylindrical body, a seat, a drive motor and a workbench.The cylinder is fixed on the standoffs, the carrier and the drive motor are fixed to the work bench;

 

2) The upper portion of the cylinder has a feed inlet of the pneumatic cylinder cover and seal the bottom of the cylinder has a paddle and pressure sealed spout, to paddle was stirred with a stirring rotary shaft stationary phase coupling, stirring rotary shaft driven by a motor;

 

3) The outer wall of the cylinder is coated with a water cavity;

 

4) An intake channel pass into the mixing shaft by shaft hole into the cylinder gap between the cavity then you can start  tungsten carbide powder preparation.
