The present invention provides a high yield, and good high temperature properties and resistance to deformation tungsten halogen lamps making from tungsten wire. By potassium bubbles highly dispersed and homogenized to design vertical melting sintered tungsten rod of high-temperature annealing, the primary recrystallization annealingf of  tungsten rod  can develop many innovative production processes.
