Through a large number of experiments, the experts obtained mathematical models related to the optical characteristics, the additive amount of Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles, and the coating thickness. And they found that the prepared Cs0.32WO3 heat-insulating coating had excellent near-infrared shielding performance when the addition amount of Cs0.32WO3 was 6% and the coating thickness was within the range of 4.6-5.1 μm. Wherein, its near-infrared light transmittance is reduced to 10.2% and ultraviolet light transmittance is reduced to 0.4%. At the same time, visible light transmittance (71.6%) meets automotive glass regulations.
