The experts provide a TEM photographs of cesium tungsten bronze nanopowder, just shown as above, to study the topic that whether the morphology of the powder will affect the infrared absorption performance, visible light transmittance, and haze of the coating film. It can be seen from the figure that the particle size of the cesium tungsten bronze nano powder for heat-insulation coating is 20-35 nm, among which there are a few rod-like nanocrystals with a diameter of 9-13 nm and a length of 50-120 nm. The results show that the morphology of the powder has no significant effect on its near-infrared absorption performance. However, considering the stability of the prepared nano slurry, the visible light transmittance and haze of the coating film, the rod shape with a high aspect ratio is not very favorable, so long rod-shaped cesium tungsten bronze nanocrystals should be avoided as much as possible during the process.
