First, the experts prepared cesium tungsten bronze nano particles via solvothermal process at 350 °C using tungstic acid and cesium sulfate as raw materials, and sorbitol as the solvent. Next, the experts obtain the cesium tungsten bronze nano slurry with a D50 of 55.9 nm and a solid content of 30% (mass fraction) by a sand mill. Finally, the experts added the slurry to an acrylic emulsion and coated it on the surface of the polyester film to obtain a transparent film, that is, a transparent thermal insulation film with excellent infrared absorption characteristics. The transmittance of the prepared heat-shielding film at 950 nm was 9.2%, the visible light transmittance at 550 nm was 71%, and the haze was 0.5%.
