Step One: Add the prepared solution to the reaction container, place the tungsten source target in the solution, dip the surface of the target on the solution, and stir the solution evenly with a magnetic stirrer;

Step Two: Adjust the optical path of the pulsed laser beam of the laser so that the laser beam is focused on the target below the solvent liquid level. Select the appropriate laser wavelength, frequency and energy, turn on the pulse laser, and the ablation reaction of tungsten source target is carried out in liquid environment;

Step Three: After the pulsed laser ablation reaction is completed, turn off the pulsed laser to obtain a colloidal solution containing tungsten oxide nanoparticles, and age at room temperature to further react the laser ablation product with the solution;

Step Four: Adjust the pH value of the aged laser product solution, put transparent conductive glass as an electrode in the solution, and perform electrophoretic deposition on the aged laser product under acidic conditions to prepare a nano tungsten oxide film.
