A novel hydrothermal preparation method of WO3 nano film includes the following steps:

Step One: Dissolve sodium tungstate in deionized water, and then coat on the side surface of FTO glass to obtain a seed layer;

Step Two: Dissolve ammonium tungstate in deionized water, add hydrochloric acid solution gradually, adjust the pH, add ammonium sulfate dropwise to the solution, stir to a transparent solution, add seed layer, and place it in a hydrothermal kettle for hydrothermal reaction to obtain a high temperature resistant gasochromic tungsten oxide nanowire film. Compared with the prior art, the new preparation technology adopts the hydrothermal method to prepare WO3 thin film. The process is simple, fast, novel and unique. And the prepared film has strong durability, high temperature resistance, strong cycling performance, and high stability on gasochromic property.
