Cesium Tungsten Bronze Applied for Dining Room Thermal Insulating Glass Coating

Cesium tungsten bronze is the best functional material for the preparation of dining room thermal insulating glass coating as it has high light absorption in the near-infrared region, has the lowest absorbance at 436 nm wavelength, and has the highest absorbance at 1100 nm in the near-infrared region. So, how to prepare cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles?

A Preparation Method of Cesium Tungsten Bronze

Step One: Pour 20ml of 0.5mol/L tungstic acid solution into a beaker, add 30ml of 1mol/L citric acid solution, and then slowly add 5ml of 0.3mol/L cesium carbonate solution, continue to stir for 1h to obtain the reaction precursor solution for preparing Cs0.32WO3 powder. Among them, the concentration of tungstic acid in the precursor was 0.18mol/L, and the concentration of citric acid was 0.55mol/L.

Step Two: Transfer the reaction precursor solution prepared in the Step One into an autoclave, and continuously hydrothermally reacting at 200 °C for 3 days.

Step Three: The precipitate after the reaction is sequentially washed with water and alcohol for 3 times, and after centrifugation, it is dried in a sub-vacuum at 50 °C for 10 hours to obtain blue cesium tungsten bronze powder for preparing dining room thermal insulating glass coating. The crystal phase of the Cs0.32WO3 powder was determined to be hexagonal Cs0.32WO3, which was dispersed in deionized water to have an average particle size of 202 nm and a specific surface area of 45.32 m2/g.
