Then, how to prepare tungsten trioxide electrochromic film by using ammonium metatungstate as a raw material? 200 mg of ammonium metatungstate was dissolved in 1.5 mL of DMF, then 0.5 mL of ethanol was added to prepare a precursor solution, and the ITO glass substrate (3 cm × 3 cm) was washed and dried, and the precursor solution was spin-coated on the ITO substrate to obtain the coating film. The samples were annealed at 350 °C for 1 hour and at 400 °C for 12 hours to obtain an amorphous WO3 film and crystalline WO3 film.
