Assembly of Tungsten Oxide Electrochromic Device by Hollow Glass Packaging Method

Step One: Attach an aluminum frame around a clean FTO conductive glass, seal it with butyl rubber, make the glass and aluminum frame fit well, then take a piece of FTO conductive glass coated with tungsten oxide film and attach it to the other side of the aluminum frame. And the gap is blocked with butyl rubber.

Step Two: the two pieces of glass are sealed with butyl rubber, so that the hollow part between the two glasses is completely isolated from the outside.

Step Three: Inject the prepared electrolyte into the hollow portion and assembling into a complete electrochromic device.
