The anodic oxidation method is usually based on metal tungsten in the form of a film, a rod or a sheet, in an acidic solution (such as H2SO4, H3PO4, HNO3, HCIO4, etc.) or a neutral solution (such as NaF) at a certain anode potential (generally less than 120V) to achieve the oxidation of tungsten. The WO3 film prepared by the anodic oxidation method has a relatively loose structure. And there are many voids on the surface. So, the ion implantation capacity is large.
