It can be seen from the spectrogram that after the violet tungsten oxide nanospheres exhibit a strong absorption peak in the ultraviolet region (wavelength <400nm), its absorption coefficient sharply decreases in the visible light (400nm-780nm) region, but the absorption coefficient throughout near infrared region (780nm-2500nm) is gradually increased, the absorption peak range is wide, and the absorption property is good in this range.

This absorption property makes nano violet tungsten oxide have high application value in energy-saving and environmental protection fields, such as smart glass windows, which makes the product have better light transmittance in the visible light region and can effectively shield the light radiation in ultraviolet and near-infrared regions.
