Ti doping does not reduce the discoloration amplitude of tungsten trioxide film, but significantly increases the cycle life of the film and shortens the response time. XRD results show that the crystal structure of WO3 film is not changed after Ti doping, and it is still amorphous. Experts believe that lithium ions accumulate in the film, and the film appears to be crystallized, which is not conducive to lithium ion migration, resulting in film degradation.
