Co Doped Tungsten Oxide

Co doped tungsten oxide can be synthesized by hydrothermal method, which has the advantages of uniform particle size, high purity and good crystallinity. Some experts add CTAB (cetyltrimethylammonium bromide) to Na2WO4 solution and Co(NO3)2 solution to obtain tungstic acid precipitation and cobalt acid precipitation, and transferred the precipitate to the reactor for hydrothermal reaction for 12h to obtain Co-doped nano tungsten trioxide powder.

What is hydrothermal method? The hydrothermal method is an effective method that is usually carried out in a closed reaction system such as a reaction vessel by adopting water as a solvent, through heating and pressurizing the poorly soluble reactants to be effectively dissolved and recrystallized, thereby synthesizing the product (which requires proper post-treatment). For example, an expert uses WCl6 as a tungsten source and benzyl alcohol as a solvent to obtain nano grain size tungsten trioxide by solvothermal reaction and high-temperature calcination.
