Add deionized water to the hydrated sodium tungstate, add hydrochloric acid dropwise to generate white precipitate, immediately add HAuCl4•4H2O, adjust the pH value, let stand, add CTAB to form a white flocculent precipitate, ultrasonically clean for 40min, filter and remove the residue on the surface of the precipitate. After that, the precipitate was calcined to obtain an Au-doped WO3 powder. However, since the obtained precipitate often contains a large amount of crystal water, it tends to cause hard agglomeration upon drying, so that the powder structure is destroyed. Experts also mentioned that the precipitation method is usually divided into a coprecipitation method and a chemical precipitation method, and the coprecipitation method is generally used for synthesizing a small grain size doped composite oxide.
