Step one: dissolve the reaction amount of ammonium metatungstate (as a raw material of tungsten) and cesium sulfate (as a raw material of cesium) in ethanol (solvent), drying the above solution to obtain a powder, and further pulverizing the obtained powder to obtain the mixed powder of tungsten and cesium. Among them, the pulverization method may employ a conventional pulverization method such as ball-milling; and the drying method may be a conventional drying method such as spray drying.

Step two: place the mixed powder of tungsten and cesium in a closed reaction vessel with stirring, and polypropylene glycol (reaction solvent) is added thereto, and the reaction is stirred at 240°C for 2.5h, and the mass of the reaction solvent is 1.8 times the mass of the mixed powder of tungsten and cesium.

Step three: separate the reaction product obtained in step two by a conventional separation method such as centrifugation, and washed with deionized water or ethanol, followed by drying, and then pulverizing by a jet mill to obtain cesium tungsten bronze nano powder.
