Experts dissolved the raw material of tungsten, ammonium tungstate, and the raw material of cesium, cesium hydroxide, and the chelating agent EDTA or tartaric acid in ethylene glycol or propylene glycol, reacted at 170°C for 3 hours, and then reacted at 260°C in high pressure reactor for 5-8 hours to obtain cesium tungsten bronze nano powder. Experts said that although the method shortens the reaction time, the concentration of the reactants is only 0.1-0.4mol/L. The production efficiency is low. And the reaction uses a para-polyphenylbenzene reactor. Also, the reaction heat transfer performance is poor. So, it greatly reduces the production efficiency and increase production costs.
