Weigh ammonium metatungstate and sodium borohydride according to the ratio of mass ratio of 1-10:1, and added to deionized water to obtain an aqueous solution of ammonium metatungstate with a concentration of 5-50%. Add sodium borohydride solid into the obtained ammonium metatungstate aqueous solution, mixing and shaking, and allowed to stand at room temperature to 95°C for 10-60 minutes to obtain blue tungsten oxide nano aqueous solution with a particle diameter of 0.1-100nm.
