One of the chemical preparation methods of nanopowder is hydrothermal method. Hydrothermal technology has two characteristic. First, it has relatively low temperature. Second, it avoids component evaporation as it is reacted in a closed container. Compared with the general wet chemical method, hydrothermal method can directly obtain a powder which is well dispersed and crystallized. And it does not need to be subjected to high temperature burning treatment, thereby avoiding the hard agglomeration of the powder which may be formed.
