Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles may be used to prepare a new heat insulating masterbatch --- nano-ceramic color master, which has high thermal insulation performance, high transparency and other excellent properties. And thus such color master may be applied to the production of thermal insulation film and be used to building glass. They found that the collision probability of Cs0.32WO3 particles with ZrO2 increased with the addition of ZrO2. The increase of the addition amount of grinding balls caused the average secondary particle size of nanoparticles to decrease significantly. Moreover, the excessive mass ratio of the grinding ball to the slurry has little or no effect on reducing the secondary particle size of the nanoparticles. In addition, experts also said that a large number of grinding balls are beneficial to increase the number of collisions of the grinding balls but reduce the strength of the ball grinding.
