Nano Cs0.33WO3, or nano cesium tungsten bronze particles, may be applied for preparing a new type of transparent thermal insulation dispersion liquid, which has the characteristics of excellent thermal insulation property, UV-blocking property, and environmentally friendly property. Therefore, such material can be used to produce transparent heat-insulating coating for applying to architectural glass.

So, how to prepare transparent heat insulation coating with Cs0.33WO3 dispersion liquid? First, the Cs0.33WO3 dispersion liquid is ultrasonicated for 20min. The dispersion liquid is added to 15mL of PVA, PVB, and PVP, respectively. And the obtained products in last step are heated in a water bath at 80°C for 10min. And then 1% defoamer is added to continue to heating 20min to obtain PVA/Cs0.33WO3, PVB/Cs0.33WO3, PVP/Cs0.33WO3 transparent thermal insulation coating. The specific formula is as follows: Respectively add 15mL of film-forming materials - PVA, PVB, and PVP. The amount of Cs0.33WO3 is 5.66 wt%. And the antifoaming agent is 1 wt%.
