For example, in order to improve the uniformity of distribution of tungsten raw material and cesium raw material, experts have proposed to use ammonium metatungstate and cesium carbonate which are soluble in water as the main raw materials. First, dissolve the two kinds of materials in water and mixing them to obtain atomic distribution. Then, the raw materials of tungsten and cesium were uniformly dried at 145°C, and the product was heat-treated at 550°C for 20 minutes in air at a volume ratio of 10% of hydrogen to obtain cesium tungstate powder. However, experts also said that although this method improves the mixing uniformity of the raw material ions, it must be observed that the relatively low temperature of 550°C, and the heat treatment time of only 20 minutes is difficult to thermally decompose the tungsten and cesium raw materials at high temperature and obtain high crystallinity. Therefore, the cesium tungstate powder must be further studied to find a suitable method for mass production.
