The photochromic properties of cesium tungsten bronze are derived from the fact that metal ions with a small radius in CsxWO3 can freely enter and exit in a nano cesium tungsten bronze tunnel structure. And such doping is reversible doping. When the doping amount of the metal ions is changed, the cesium tungsten bronze exhibits a correspondingly changed color. Tungsten oxide is colorless, and its film can absorb ultraviolet light waves with shorter wavelengths and electronic transition occurs. When a metal ion is doped and a defect occurs at an energy level at a low energy band, an electron transition phenomenon can be generated by excitation of visible light.
