CsxWO3 Powder Applied for Window Heat Insulation Film

CsxWO3 powder, mainly cesium tungsten bronze nano particles, may be applied for producing window heat insulation film. And the prepared thin film is more and more widely used in architectural glass. Also, nano cesium tungsten bronze powder may be first prepared into coating by spray pyrolysis method, and then be used in building glass.

The spray pyrolysis method refers to the process that atomizes the CsxWO3 coating, sprays it onto the glass substrate, and then deposits the coating on the surface of the glass after being naturally dried. This process needs to be carried out under high vacuum conditions. And the prepared coating has controlled thickness and excellent thermal insulation performance.

As you may know, the one-dimensional growth tendency of cesium tungsten bronze can be enhanced by the doping of cesium ions. The particles are excellent in light transmission, and can be mixed with an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol to synthesize heat insulating coating. Although the domestic research on this special function nano coating started late, in recent years, research in this area is constantly developing and related reports are increasing. In the future, it is expected to gradually achieve mass production.
