CsxWO3 Applied for Heat Insulation Coating

CsxWO3 may be used for the preparation of heat insulation coating. And the prepared coating may be used for many heat insulation fields, such as, architectural glass and automobile glass. Among them, how to prepare CsxWO3 powder and apply it to glass is of concern to scholars. Therefore, the following we mainly know about the above-mentioned aspects.

Some experts used sodium tungstate and cesium carbonate as raw materials to prepare CsxWO3 (x=0.1, 0.2, 0.3) powders with different cesium content by low temperature hydrothermal method. They also used PVA as a coating agent to prepare CsxWO3 films with different cesium content by roller coating on ordinary glass. Finally, the experts found that after coating the CsxWO3 film on the glass surface, its near-infrared shielding performance and thermal insulation performance increased with the increase of cesium content in CsxWO3, and the glass coated with Cs0.3WO3 film had the best thermal insulation performance. Compared with blank glass, the thermal insulation temperature difference can reach 13.5°C.
