Xiamen Tungsten to Establish Joint Tungsten Smelting Company in Longyan

Xiamen Tungsten Industry announcement, the company and Longyan Xinluo District government, Fujian Jinxin Tungsten Co., Ltd. signed an intention agreement. Xiamen Tungsten and Fujian Jinxin to set up a joint venture enterprise (of which the company invested 51%, Fujian Jinxin invested 49%) invested 1.19 billion yuan in the development of Yanshi Town Economic Development Zone, to set up an annual output of 10,000 tons apt (ammonium paratungstate) production line and related ancillary facilities, the estimated annual sales revenue would reach 1.5 billion yuan.

Xinluo District government support the construction of tungsten smelting production base, providing solution of problems encountered during construction to make sure that the project construction goes smoothly, and give preferential policy support to the joint venture company.

Fujian Jinxin Tungsten Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2003, is a private company relying on scientific and technological innovation and has rapid development of comprehensive tungsten products. The company is located in the industrial town of West Fujian Longyan, covers an area of 210,000 square meters (about 310 acres). The company has tungsten ore as raw materials, the main products are tungsten oxide.

Its new environmental protection ion exchange column, water treatment system, energy-saving hydrogen production equipment, titanium reactor, automatic filter press and other major equipment are in the international advanced level.

Xiamen Tungsten's business involves tungsten, molybdenum, rare earth, energy and new materials and real estate industries. After more than 30 years' development, Xiamen Tungsten has formed complete tungsten industrial chain, from tungsten mine, smelting, deep processing to tungsten resources recovery. Its intention to set up a joint venture with Fujian Jinxin for tungsten smelting company will surely enhance its overall competition.
