Gold-Plated Tungsten Alloy Watch

Gold-plated is divided into two types, one is made of homogeneous material and the other is made of different materials.

The gilding of homogeneous materials refers to gilding the surface of gold jewelry. Its significance is to improve the brightness and color of jewelry. While the gilding of heterogeneous material refers to the surface of non-gold materials gold-plated processing, such as tungsten alloy gold-plated, silver gold-plated, and copper gold-plated. Its purpose is to replace the color of the plated material with the gold luster, so as to improve the ornamental effect of the jewelry.

Standard gold-plated watch has a gold-plated thickness of 10 microns. Swiss watch has a rule that it must be marked on the case as long as the thickness of the gold plating reaches 10 microns. There are many methods to identify. It usually hits the opening of the watch case at 6. Generally, the number represents the gold plating thickness, and the fineness is basically 18K.

In general, the biggest problem of gold-plated watches is that it’s easy to bleaching. Once the gold plating of the watch is off, or the surface of the case is scratched, there is no way to deal with it (it cannot be polished). Watch wear is different from person to person, and wear and sweat corrosion are different, many watches gold-plated layer will be worn off in 1~2 years.

Gold-plated tungsten alloy watch is not easy to scratch because of tungsten has high corrosion resistance, wear resistance and good conductivity properties. After special processing, gold-plated tungsten alloy watch would has high oxidation resistance, high hardness, and no pollution. Tungsten alloy gloss beyond all metal known on earth, known as "the third gold". Gold-plated tungsten alloy watch would not fade, can maintain bright for a long time, and has rich texture, which is very popular among business people.
