Major Difference between Tungsten Carbide Burs and Diamond Burs

When we compared the overall CRs, we found that the super–coarse-grit diamond burs cut faster than the medium-grit diamond burs (P < .01), but there was no difference in CR (P > .05) between coarse-and super–coarse-grit diamond burs over the cutting procedure.
